Enriching the lobby’s ethereal, double-height ceiling is Ocher’s large Moonlight Murmuration chandelier. It is a collection of 110 individually coated glass spheres that are 9 feet deep and 16 feet wide. Beyond the lobby, at the heart of the presentation gallery, is a 3D model terrain space. This intricately detailed model beckons guests to venture further into the surrounding vignettes. Creating a calming symmetry, the kitchen features two islands of white and gray marble. These are framed by all-white hidden cabinets and tiled floors. This conveys a glimpse into the daily rituals of 50 Scollard. One suite connects to a highly personalized dressing room, complete with a circular dressing table. The lounge’s monochromatic neutral tones highlight furniture by Christophe Delcourt and Bruno Moinard in a statement of modern refinement.
