Uptown Gardens

Loto AD Project: Your Space, Your World, Your Home

Living in Rome dreaming of the tropics, a warm and fantastic world to be reached even while staying still, within the home walls. The architect Giorgia Dennerlein of Loto AD Project designs and builds three residences that make the desire for escape a reality. He does it through a palette that marries pastel colors with PIERRE FREY, ARTE ‘, CASAMANCE, INKIOSTRO BIANCO wallpapers and interior elements that enhance the palm tree theme. The apartments show how hyper-decoration, if played with skill, can give life to an original elegance, made up of contaminations between classic and contemporary.

The Trevi Shop

Loto AD Project: Your Space, Your World, Your Home

Ancient art of Egyptian memory, a family tradition and a unique place to bring them together. Thus was born, in the heart of the capital, a stone’s throw from the largest and best-known fountain in the world, Trevi Profumo, a temple of magical essences, a refined concept store, a tribute to the Roman world and to the value of the brand born way back in 1919. The layout is curved and soft, a balm for the sight that anticipates that for the sense of smell, an emotional architecture contained in just 20 m2.

Porto San Georgio

Loto AD Project: Your Space, Your World, Your Home

On a street parallel to the seafront of Porto San Giorgio, a seaside resort in the Marche region, a modern building interrupts the row of Art Nouveau villas that characterize this area of the town. On the first floor, the arch. Giorgia Dennerlein intervenes in a radical way, choosing to give a unique, minimal face to the Sangiorgese residence intended for the holiday period. The 160 square meters are distributed so that the light, including the artificial light of VIBIA and ZAVA, designs elegant and linear interiors. A decisive layout, where the resin floor creates an effect of continuity between the sleeping area, the four bathrooms, the kitchen and the large living room, the central soul of the apartment.

Casa Farnesina

Continuous and circular lines, transparencies, and made-to-measure interiors. Casa Farnesina summarizes rigor and fluidity in 220 square meters on the third floor of a building in the well-known Roman district, a short distance from the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The owner, an entrepreneur with a great passion for boating, has left behind a raw fabric to be modeled at his own choice, an open space with only columns to support structure and imagination. Loto AD Project intervenes by unraveling the traditional scheme of the subdivision of spaces and imprints the design as if it were a pied dans l’eau, without sharp edges, sophisticated and tailor-made.

Cassia Sofa

Ludus Magnus (Hotel Palazzo Manfredi)

A rationalist project, where an orthogonal mesh of travertine blocks marks the facade as if to distinguish itself from the facing Colosseum, a symbol of the Eternal City. The full-height openings and the narrow external gallery, placed between the structure and the windows, offer a breathtaking view of the Ludus Magnus. The classicism of the facade is emphasized by the use of travertine, a typical marble of Imperial Rome, used split, smooth or worked and proposed also in the interiors, such as in the entrance, in the staircase and in the common areas. The building stands respectfully in the context, and its architecture dialogues harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.

Pescia Romana

Loto AD Project: Your Space, Your World, Your Home

Sea and mountain. With a long look, Loto AD Project wants to reach the two latitudes by synthesizing them in this small, extraordinary corner of Maremma, in Pescia Romana. Simple, and compact, the residence will have the classic shape of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses without giving up a contemporary note. A good retreat of 130 m2, in addition to the 200 m2 of land owned. To connote the space, they have imprinted the spirit of the sea on the facades – striped with portholes as if it were a vintage cabin – and the relaxing and minimal spirit of the cabins in the interiors, enhancing them with a clear palette, typical of rural houses where the landscape emerges surrounding.
