Blue City Xianning Chinese Poetry, Culture and Tourism Health and Wellness Complex

Under the development trend of the new era, promoting the integration of the cultural tourism industry and promoting the harmonious development of urban and rural areas has penetrated into the practical activities of various industries. In pursuit of differentiated experience, the design team opened a new model of “cultural tourism, leisure, culture, and cross-border” and pursued a Zen life with a unique experience of body, mind, and soul. The design uses natural textures and ancient utensils, and on the basis of emphasizing cultural inheritance and sustainable development, extracts the essence of the value of “The Book of Songs” into the space, recreating a home with bells and dishes, and a family with poems, books and hairpins.

China Resources Chengdu Kunlun Royal Hotel

This project is located in Longquanyi District, Chengdu, on the east-west development axis of the city. Under the trend of continuous expansion of urban areas, the future development prospects are bright. What is particularly noteworthy is that this project is in the midst of a planned school. After the sales function is completed, it can be used in the library as a permanent building and handed over to the school for use, thereby achieving green and sustainable development of the site and avoiding unnecessary use of resources. waste.

Sunac Shanghai No. 1 Qingyun Road

The design follows concise and contemporary language and an advanced aesthetic attitude. Starting from the locality of Shanghai-style culture in Hongkou, it reconstructs modern cultural elements in a modern form, selecting rickshaws, “Xinmin Evening News”, Shikumen, cheongsam, Wutong and other humanistic and natural elements. Materials are used to “echo the history and reflect the future”, creating a space with old and new charm, fully demonstrating the local cultural identity of the customers. In the selection of materials and colors, gentle and flowing architectural lines are integrated into the natural texture structure, highlighting the classic and stylish details from time to time.

China Resources Guangzhou Park Uptown

The project is located in Xintang Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, and is an important hub in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. The specific location spans an overpass, and the design is based on this overpass to establish an urban overpass garden, effectively responding to the land resource optimization strategy in modern urban planning and layout.

Xuhui Zhengzhou Airport Times

The project is located in Zhengzhou, the birthplace of ancient civilization in the Central Plains, but it is an emerging airport area with convenient transportation. It is a 30-minute drive from the center of Xinzheng City and a 50-minute drive from the main city of Zhengzhou. In the future, the area is planned to have a developed inter-city transportation network and is a valuable plot of land with emerging residential potential in the next 5-10 years. As the interior designer of the Zhengzhou Xuhui Airport project, Matrix inherits the tranquility and etherealness of the East, inspires contemporary simplicity and neatness, inherits the charm of urban civilization forever, and uses contemporary design techniques to interpret the city’s never-ending future of human life.
