St. Regis Financial Road

St. Regis Financial Road – The Residences is a 60-story tower located in Downtown Dubai. It has stunning views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Canal. It includes 250 units ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom apartments and amenities such as lounge, library, boardroom, cinema, and games room are included in the building. Inspired by traditional areesh houses, ghaf trees, falaj systems, pearl diving and arabian coffee, the St Regis project is linked to UAE from historical, physical and social perspective.

KATA Restaurant

Situated on the ground floor of The Dubai Mall, KATA, the new Japanese Fusion restaurant, overlooks the famous Dubai Fountains. With a striking yet simple color palette, this restaurant was designed with a rich, and luxurious setting in mind. The use of translucent materials like decorated acrylics, and reflective surfaces such as mirror, and metal finishes in bronze and brass, creates a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The Robata grill show kitchen, enclosed in glass and bronze is a real showstopper. As is the Raw Bar, which is a dark pocket in this bright interior, allowing the food to shine.

Bulgari Mansion

With 5 bedrooms, Bulgari Mansion was designed to be a holiday home for a large family of 9. The brief was that the home should be designed to be a cozy yet luxurious beach side retreat, that carefully considered the needs of the occupants – from very young children to young adults, to the parents. The design was carefully formulated to incorporate the tastes and requirements of each family member, while maintaining the level and detail of luxury that is expected from such a project. The intention was to renovate spaces and to accommodate the client’s requirements – being functional yet to stand out aesthetically.

F57 Villa

. luxurious villa located on Palm Jumeirah with beachy vibes, a calming color palette and open spaces. Unique lighting fixtures can be found throughout the home with marble textures in place to add to that high end feel.

AC Villa

This Private Villa features a design that combines the regal beauty of marble finishing and the sophistication of golden trimmings to create the sense of elegance and taste. It is a design that holds nothing back – from the plush luxury furniture to the intricate post-modern lighting fixtures. Natural light is allowed to fill the interior space with warm ambient light, which accentuates the relaxed feel of the space.

Solar House

A significant benefit to this design is that this entire property is entirely solar-powered, meaning the Client will never have to pay water or electricity bills. This adds extreme value to its users, the environment, and society. It also complies with Dubai Green Building regulations and specifications. The external mashrabiya facade casts delicate light shadows on the interior.
